Jessica G. Anderson

With a sincere dedication to helping people build better lives for themselves, Jessica G. Anderson is a family law attorney at the law firm Armstrong Divorce & Family Law, PLLC, based in Dallas, Texas. She takes up cases and manages matters on divorce, child custody, pre- and post-marital agreements, paternity, property division and related appeals, orders and modifications in the areas of Dallas and Plano, in Texas.

In addition to graduating with her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in 2011 from the Texas Woman’s University, Ms. Anderson obtained a paralegal certification from the University of North Texas in 2008. She completed her J.D. at the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018. While in law school, she was selected as the vice president of the Family Law Student Association and served at the Family Law Legal Clinic.

Even before being licensed to practice in Texas, Ms. Anderson functioned in several job roles as an administrative assistant, office manager, administrator, legal assistant and paralegal at various offices across Texas. After graduating from law school, she took the position of associate attorney and later as an attorney. 

Nurtured in a supportive and loving environment, Ms. Anderson knows the importance of a strong family support system for an individual. She uses the insights gained from her five-plus years of law practice to identify the challenges unique to family law and help navigate her clients through them. Her compassion for her clients comes through in each of the cases she takes on. She digs into the depths of each case and communicates with her clients to get a holistic idea before forming plans and taking decisions.

A respected member of the legal community in Texas, Ms. Anderson is actively affiliated with various legal associations including the State Bar of Texas’s Family Law Section – member; the Dallas Bar Association’s Family Law Section – member; the Collin County Bar Association’s Family Law Section – member; the Collin County Women Lawyers Association – member; and the American Bar Association – member.
