John T. Burkhead

John Burkhead provides clients with a strong work ethic and single-minded focus to championing their case. He represents individuals who have suffered injuries in truck crashes, transportation accidents, and other acts of recklessness and negligence. He also represents clients, including prominent professionals, in critical business disputes. He has been part of trial teams that successfully secured jury verdicts representing such clients. He was a judicial intern for Federal District Judge Ed Kinkeade of the Northern District of Texas. He was hired out of law school by the Law Offices of Frank L. Branson as a law clerk and, after taking the bar exam, subsequently joined the firm as an associate. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and can fluently speak, read, and write in Spanish. He is passionate about his work.
