Mr. Collins attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2006, graduating Order of the Coif (Top 10%). While in law school, he served as managing editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce as well as was a part of the executive board of the SMU Law Review Association. Mr. Collins obtained his bachelors degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2002, graduating summa cum laude, and where he was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society (Top 10% of graduating class).
He is licensed to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas, the District of Colorado and the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 9th Circuits.
