Joshua Abrams

With over a decade of experience, Joshua Abrams has consistently fought for his clients’ rights and freedoms with enthusiastic vigor and zeal, fighting tooth and nail to get them the relief they need so they can move on from their lives and leave their legal woes firmly in the past. At the ABRAMS LAW OFFICE in Dallas, Texas, he serves residents in the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) Metro areas, specifically Collin County, Dallas County, Denton County, and Fort Worth County. They focus on handling DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) cases and Criminal Law matters including complex and pressing criminal defense matters, such as aggravated robbery and sexual assault, assault, drug crimes, indecent exposure and other sexual offenses, homicide, manslaughter, health care fraud and white-collar crimes, as well as personal injury and wrongful death cases. 

A 2010 B.A. degree graduate in international relations and affairs from The George Washington University, Mr. Abrams went on to attend the Syracuse University College of Law, where he bolstered his strong legal foundations that are pertinent to the advocacy he provides for his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 2013, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas. He started his legal career as an assistant district attorney for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, and his time there gave him considerable experience and exposure to how the judiciary operates, providing his clients with an added advantage in their legal issues. 

In a relatively short time, Mr. Abrams has garnered the adulation of his peers and many legal organizations for his tenacious work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in every case he handles. He has been included in the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers and the Best Lawyers list by D Magazine. In addition, he was named a Top Jewish Attorney Under 40 by the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Within his legal community, he is a member of the State Bar of Texas and was appointed to the Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Section.
