Kent Krause is Board Certified in Aviation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has successfully represented victims in numerous general aviation and airline disaster related and general personal injury, wrongful death and products liability litigation matters. Additionally, he has used his business acumen and litigation experience to represent organizations and individuals in tort and contract claims, church property ownership and use disputes and construction defect litigation. Mr. Krause, a 1982 Southern Methodist University Law graduate, holds the highest peer-review rating of AV from Martindale-Hubbell, has served as Chairman of the Aviation Law section of the State Bar of Texas, is an adjunct professor at the Southern Methodist University' Dedman School of Law teaching Aviation Law and is co-author of the three-volume treatise Aviation Tort and Regulatory Law, published by Thomson Reuters.
