Kimberly (Kimmy) Vermillion Wright

Kimmy is an Equity Partner at Atwood & McCall, PLLC, in Dallas, Texas, leading their Family Law section. Kimmy's practice is primarily devoted to complex and high-conflict divorce matters, high-asset marital property division, custody disputes and pre-marital and post-marital property agreements. She is also experienced in estate planning, probate and guardianship matters. She is an experienced litigator and advocate providing expert legal guidance and peace of mind to clients in crisis. Kimmy is known for her direct approach and prompt communication, which has earned her the trust of her clients and the respect of her peers. Trained as a trial attorney (Baylor Law School) and as a mediator (Southern Methodist University), Kimmy attempts to keep her clients out of the courtroom, if possible, for their emotional and financial benefit, through creative, strategic, and amicable resolutions. As the parent of an Eagle Scout, she actively leads and instructs local Boy Scouts of America troops and chairs fundraising activities for neighborhood schools. Kimmy serves on the Executive Board for Circle Ten Council-Boy Scouts of America and is a certified pistol and rifle instructor.
