Kris Hayes is the owner and managing partner of Balekian Hayes, PLLC, with offices in Dallas and Seven Points, Texas. She works out of the Dallas office assisting people in the surrounding areas with family law matters, such as divorce and separation, child custody and support, custody modifications, and CPS mediation.

An accomplished attorney practicing family law for more than two decades, Ms. Hayes is board-certified in child welfare and family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has previously acquired several years of experience defending cases involving allegations of family violence at the District Attorney’s office. She is recognized by her peers as an aggressive litigator and a skilled mediator who can navigate complex family law matters with ease.
