Over his career spanning 25-plus years, Mr. Flournoy has dedicated his practice to estate and trust litigation. A 1992 Bachelor of Arts graduate of Baylor University, Mr. Flournoy obtained his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1995. He became licensed to practice in Texas in 1996, and he has litigated hundreds of cases related to trusts and estates on behalf of executors, trustees, beneficiaries and others before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
