Details
Lee Budner applies a strategic focus to family law matters to protect clients in high-conflict situations. Prior to joining Calabrese Budner, Lee honed his litigation skills as a commercial litigator at a large, national law firm and two elite Dallas litigation boutiques. He developed considerable experience in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar commercial cases, both at the trial court level and on appeal. Believing that families, and not just corporations, deserve sophisticated counsel fighting to protect their interests, he turned his focus to family law.
As a partner with Calabrese Budner, Lee brings a unique level of professionalism, first class service, and strategic thinking to the practice of family law. While recognizing the overwhelming emotions clients experience during divorce and other family law matters, he refuses to be drawn into reactive situations but instead remains focused on achieving clients’ goals.
In every case, Lee is committed to his role as an advocate for his clients and remains responsive to clients’ needs. He strives to ensure that all clients not only understand what is happening in their cases, but why.
Recognizing the imperative to work with underserved communities, Lee’s family law practice also includes pro bono representation of children and their families in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.
