Marc Madrigal is a civil litigation defense attorney based in Dallas, Texas, representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters throughout the state. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a client-focused, results-oriented approach to every case. While Marc is fully prepared to try cases to verdict when necessary, he also works to identify practical solutions that minimize risk and allow his clients to move forward efficiently.
Marc has seven years of litigation experience across both sides of the docket. Early in his career he represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters across Texas, gaining valuable insight into trial strategy and case development from the ground up. He has tried multiple cases to verdict as lead counsel, including securing favorable jury verdicts across several Texas counties. Today he uses that background to skillfully advocate for clients in complex civil defense matters spanning commercial litigation, transportation defense, premises liability, products liability, construction law, wrongful death, and dram shop defense.
Throughout his career Marc has independently managed high-exposure dockets, conducted hundreds of depositions as lead counsel, and secured favorable rulings on Motions for Summary Judgment that eliminated substantial client exposure at the pre-trial stage. He has handled multi-defendant matters with layered coverage structures and consistently delivered results on cases carrying significant stakes for real clients.
Marc earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, nationally recognized for its trial advocacy program, where he was honored with the Order of Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy, won the Mock Big Trial competition, and earned a Civil Litigation Certification. Prior to law school he served as a MALC Legislative Fellow in the 84th Texas Legislature and clerked for a Texas Congressman in Washington, D.C.
An active member of the Dallas legal community, Marc is a three time Texas Rising Star, a Fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation selected by peer nomination, and a 2025 DAYL Leadership Class alumnus. He is also affiliated with the Dallas Bar Association and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Dallas.
