Marc Madrigal

Marc Madrigal is a civil litigation defense attorney based in Dallas, Texas, representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters throughout the state. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and brings a client-focused, results-oriented approach to every case. While Marc is fully prepared to try cases to verdict when necessary, he also works to identify and develop practical solutions that minimize risk and allow his clients to move forward efficiently. 

Marc has significant trial and litigation experience on both sides of the docket. Early in his career, he represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases across Texas, gaining valuable insight into trial strategy and case development. He has tried multiple personal injury cases to verdict, including securing favorable jury verdicts in Williamson and Hays Counties. Today, he uses that background to skillfully advocate for his clients in civil defense matters, providing balanced judgment and informed strategies in negotiations, discovery, and trial. 

Marc earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, nationally recognized for its trial advocacy program. At Baylor, he was honored with the distinction of the Order of Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy and earned a specialized certification in Civil Litigation. Prior to law school, Marc also served as a MALC Legislative Fellow in the 84th Texas Legislature and clerked for a Texas Congressman in Washington, D.C., gaining early experience in public policy and advocacy. 

An active member of the Dallas legal community, Marc is involved in the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Hispanic Lawyers Association of Dallas.
