Mark Rush Williamson

Mark Rush Williamson is a partner at Williamson Family Law, which has its offices in Dallas, Texas. Focusing his practice on representing those who are facing family law-related issues, he takes on cases involving divorce, modifications, custody and support, grandparents’ rights, paternity, and contested business and professional property division cases, to name a few.

With over 25 years of experience practicing law, Mr. Williamson is well known for the kindness and empathy he shows while handling any case. He understands the sensitive nature of family law matters and the impact they can have on his clients, and he walks them through the legal process compassionately and fights aggressively for their best interests and their rights.

Graduating from the Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, Mr. Williamson completed his bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting and finance. He went on to study law at The University of Texas School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1985. He is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Williamson is actively involved within the legal community and has memberships in the Dallas Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the Texas Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Collin County Bar Association.

Born and raised in Dallas and now the proud father of three wonderful children, he spends his spare time with his rescue horses.
