Matthew A. Nowak is a partner at Nowak & Stauch, LLP, located in Dallas, Texas. After graduating with honors from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1990, Mr. Nowak worked for a major accounting firm auditing utility, manufacturing, and oil and gas companies. He then went on to attend Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1995 and was a member of the Board of Advocates. After graduating from law school, Mr. Nowak spent more than three years as an assistant district attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, where he litigated more than 100 trials before juries. He then entered private practice, working with law firms handling commercial litigation and personal injury defense before co-founding Nowak & Stauch, LLP. Mr. Nowak has also litigated more than 30 civil jury trials across the state of Texas.

Admitted to practice in Texas, Mr. Nowak is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
