Attorney Michael D. Wysocki is the managing partner of O'Neil Wysocki, P.C., located in Dallas, Texas. A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, Mr. Wysocki later earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Wysocki was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review. In 2014, he received the Distinguished Young Alumnus award from The University of Texas at Tyler.
Mr. Wysocki is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas and New Mexico, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is board-certified as a specialist in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
In addition to his successful family law practice, Mr. Wysocki is a member of professional organizations including the Collin County Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Bar College, the International Child Abduction Attorney Network, the State Bar of New Mexico, the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Family Law Foundation.
Mr. Wysocki shares his legal knowledge with others through writing and speaking. He has authored articles for publications, including the family law section report of the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and spoke at the organization's spring retreat in 2009.
