Molly Buck Richard of Richard Law Group, Inc., is dedicated to helping her clients with intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark and domain rights issues. From her office in Dallas, Texas, Ms. Richard manages trademark portfolios for some of the most recognized brands in the world.
Ms. Richard has more than 40 years of experience in trademark prosecution and practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has prosecuted more than 3,000 trademark applications and has filed more than 500 domain name complaints.
Ms. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in 1977, and went on to receive a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1981.
Since 1986, Ms. Richard has been a member of multiple International Trademark Association committees, as well as other professional organizations. A longtime member of the International Trademark Association’s Trademark Mediators Network, Ms. Richard is often sought out as a mediator in copyright and trademark disputes.
