Completing his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, Mr. Rodriguez pursued his law degree at South Texas College of Law Houston, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2015. While at law school, he served as an alternative dispute resolution advocate at the Frank Evans Center, which trained him early in settling disputes, saving clients time and money without trial. He earned his license to practice law in Texas in 2017 and is further licensed to practice before the U.S. District for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Rodriguez served as an appointed commissioner on the City of Dallas Ethics Advisory Commission, where he provided quasi-judicial oversight on high-level municipal compliance matters.
