Details

Patrick J. McLain is a criminal defense lawyer with over 30 years courtroom experience.  His principal office is in Dallas, Texas; however, his practice is not limited to north Texas.  He handles federal criminal law cases throughout the United States and military law cases worldwide.

Mr. McLain is a former federal prosecutor and criminal court judge.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years. Today, he continues to fight for the rights and freedoms of others. He tenaciously, aggressively and skillfully defends those who face the threat of criminal charges or are fighting for their civil rights.

Within criminal defense, his practice areas focuses on white collar crimes like fraud, computer crimes, drug crimes (such as trafficking, possession, and manufacturing), fraud charges (healthcare fraud, internet fraud, financial fraud), and felonies of all sorts and complexity.  Mr. McLain also battles for those wronged by law enforcement and other government officials in civil rights cases.  Within military law, he handles cases involving courts-martial, separation boards, boards of inquiry, security clearance appeals, physical evaluation boards, and cases involving alleged war crimes.

Mr. McLain has told SuperLawyers, "If your future is worth the fight, we will be there at your side to represent you with strength, honor and experience."
