Patrick J. McLain is a criminal defense lawyer with over 30 years courtroom experience.  His principal office is in Dallas, Texas; however, his practice is not limited to north Texas. He handles federal criminal law cases throughout the United States and military law cases worldwide.
Mr. McLain is a former federal prosecutor and criminal court judge. Â He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years. Today, he continues to fight for the rights and freedoms of others.
