Mr. Brogdon is widely recognized for his legal knowledge and trial advocacy. He is board-certified in personal injury trial law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in civil trial advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Whether negotiating settlements or pursuing claims through litigation, he remains focused on achieving results that serve his clients’ best interests. His thorough preparation allows him to effectively handle both straightforward and complex injury claims.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Brogdon completed his undergraduate studies at Rice University, earning a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to receive a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 1989. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
In addition to state courts, Mr. Brogdon is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He remains a leader in the legal community, having served as president of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association in 2022.
