Experienced attorney Robert J. Wiley founded his employment law and civil rights law firm, the Law Office of Rob Wiley, P.C., in 2000 with the goal of ensuring the protection of the rights of all Texas residents. Mr. Wiley's passion for justice has led to his firm's continuous growth. From the firm's three offices in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, he proudly provides legal services to clients who have endured rights violations involving:

Mr. Wiley began practicing law in 1999 after earning his law degree from Tulane University Law School and his admission to the State Bar of Texas. In addition to his approval to practice law in all of Texas' courtrooms, both the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar have admitted him to practice. As further evidence of his extensive knowledge in his chosen practice area, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization recognizes him as a board-certified attorney in the area of labor and employment law.
Attorney Wiley is a dedicated client advocate who has represented thousands of employees. As a result of his long record of success, he has received a number of honors from the legal and local communities.
