Rocio Gosewehr Hernandez

A dean’s list graduate of Baylor University, Rocio completed her Bachelor of Arts in philosophy in 2005. During her time there, she was the president of the university’s Philosophy Club and a part of the Phi Sigma Tau Honor Society. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Notre Dame Law School, where she was a member of the Mock Trial team and the vice president of the Christian Legal Society.

Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2009, Rocio began her career serving as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas. She then worked for well-known insurance companies such as GEICO and Progressive and soon discovered her passion to serve those affected. Her previous experiences enable her to bring multifaceted skills and viewpoints to each case.

Known for her strong ties in the community, Rocio is a member of the Collin County Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Collin County Attorney Moms, and the State Bar of Texas.
