Roger E. Haynes

I have been practicing exclusively in the Criminal Law arena ever since I was licensed in 1996.  I have been employed as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.  Since 2000 I have been a Solo Practictioner with my own Criminal Defense practice. As a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney I rose to the level of Felony trial court prosecutor handling some of the most serious Child Abuse and Family Violence cases. Since opening my own criminal defense practice I have used that experience to defend the rights and freedoms of citizens accused of crimes.  After having defended thousands of clients I have established a reputation of being a compassionate and talented advocate who works hard and with the upmost integrity defending his clients.
