Mr. Haynes earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Texas in 1991. He went on to attend Texas Wesleyan University, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1995. During law school, he developed the legal foundation that supports his practice today. He was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1996.

In addition to his state licensure, Mr. Haynes is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He maintains active involvement in the legal community through memberships in the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
