Mr. Thompson completed his undergraduate studies in 2000, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He went on to attend the Baylor Law School, where his involvement in many activities and student organizations bolstered his shrewd legal acumen and talents. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2004, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas and, later on, in Oklahoma, Arizona, Illinois, Kentucky, California and Pennsylvania.

  • Client's were the family members of a pedestrian who was hit and killed by a drunk driver. The driver had consumed large amounts of liquor at a local bar. The firm investigated the driver and the bar and were able to establish liability against both parties. Collectively, the defendants paid $1,030,000.00 to settle the client's claims in litigation., 2022
  • Client suffered fatal injuries in a hit and run accident with a large commercial vehicle. The firm located the vehicle, established liability, and obtained a settled inclusive of all available insurance in the amount of $1,032,871.84., 2021
  • Client was seriously injured in a utility terrain vehicle rollover accident. We were able to identify the responsible parties and obtain a settlement of $3,255,000.00., 2020
  • Client was seriously injured in a commercial vehicle accident, suffering back and head injuries, among other significant injuries.  The defendants denied liability. We filed suit against the responsible parties and were able to obtain a settlement of $4,750,000.00, 2020
