Sallye Wilton

Sallye Wilton is the founding partner of The Law Offices of Sallye Wilton, PLLC, in Dallas, Texas, that began as a boutique criminal defense firm and has grown into a full-service law practice serving clients across North Texas. Her courtroom practice spans the full lifecycle of criminal litigation, from initial arrest through appellate matters when necessary.

A summa cum laude graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in management and chemistry (2007), Ms. Wilton earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010. Committed to vigorous representation, she handles state misdemeanor and felony matters as well as federal cases, guiding clients through some of the most consequential moments of the criminal process.

Ms. Wilton is admitted to practice in Texas (2011) and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (2012). She maintains a strong local presence in Collin County while regularly appearing in courts throughout Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Parker, Rockwall, Ellis, Kaufman, Grayson, Hunt, McLennan, Navarro and Bell counties.

An active member of the Dallas Bar Association, Ms. Wilton also has memberships in the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.
