The State Bar of Texas admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Weber has held a number of leadership positions with the Dallas Bar Association's Probate, Trusts & Estates Section. He is also a member of both the Litigation Section and Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Moreover, Mr. Weber once served on the adjunct legal faculty at Dedman School of Law, and he holds his certification as an ad litem in Guardianship Proceedings.
