    Over the course of her nearly 30 years in practice, Ms. Curtis has achieved considerable success representing the rights and interests of public and private companies, government agencies, school districts, tax authorities, and other entities with their bankruptcy, work outs and debt restructuring matters. She also has extensive experience advocating on behalf of her clients in complex litigation involving a multitude of issues, such as breaches of contract, fraud, tax controversies, real estate and landlord disputes, and other disputes.

    A 1997 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Ms. Curtis obtained her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1990. She is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits.
