Stephen T. Jones

Stephen T. Jones is an attorney at Clark Law Group in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Jones focuses his practice primarily on family law, serving clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He has experience with family law matters involving divorce, child custody, enforcement of divorce agreements, family violence issues, post-divorce modification and protective orders.

In addition to family law, Mr. Jones has worked in business, consumer, corporate, estate planning, probate and tax law, as well as in general civil litigation. Over the course of his legal career, he has provided exceptional legal representation and service to many Texas businesses, individuals and families as they faced a complex variety of legal challenges.

Mr. Jones is an adept litigator and familiar with alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. He is qualified to practice law before all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Jones was a teacher in the state of Missouri. His combination of experiences provides him with a unique skill set that allows him to deliver high quality legal services to his family law clients.

Mr. Jones received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Missouri Southern State University and earned a master’s degree in history from Missouri State University. He obtained his law degree from The University of Kansas School of Law, where he became certified in taxation and trial advocacy, and participated in many extracurricular activities.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
