As part of his insurance focus, he consults on coverage and risk management issues with clients, both for the insured and the insurer.

Mr. Sanfelippo is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas Insurance Law Section, the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section, the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Section, and the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers. At Concordia University in Wisconsin, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1993, and he then earned a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was a member of St. Mary’s Law Journal.

Admitted to practice in all Texas and California state courts; the U.S. District Courts in Louisiana, Texas and California; and the 5th, 9th, 10th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals, he is also a very active member of his community. Mr. Sanfelippo provides pro bono representation to indigent clients through his work with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, and he is a member of the Dallas Bar Association Speakers Committee.

Mr. Sanfelippo has published several articles related to expert testimony, government documents in aviation cases and contractual liability. With experience and extensive knowledge, he advises clients on indemnity, coverage and risk management issues.
