Steven E. Clark of The Clark Firm PLLC, in Dallas, Texas, devotes his practice to business organizations, commercial law, employment law and health care law. He serves clients throughout the Dallas metropolitan region.
Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, graduating from law school with honors. Following law school, he spent two years clerking for a federal judge in New Orleans before entering private practice. Before opening his firm, he worked as a partner and shareholder at Texas-based firms, practicing business, employment and labor law. He has been licensed to practice law since 1978.
Mr. Clark is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Eastern District of Louisiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Clark has received numerous accolades for his breadth of legal knowledge. He is a Texas SuperLawyer, Lead Counsel rated in Business Law and rated AV Preeminent* from the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Order of the Barons, the law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is licensed by the State Bars of Texas and Louisiana, is a member of the American and Dallas Bar Associations and has authored and spoken on many business, employment and litigation law related topics.
Active in his local community, Mr. Clark has served as a board member for the Lake Highlands Family YMCA. He is a former president of the Dallas Trinity Rotary Club and a member of Munger Place United Methodist Church.
