Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, graduating from law school with honors. Following law school, he spent two years clerking for a federal judge in New Orleans before entering private practice. Before opening his firm, he worked as a partner and shareholder at Texas-based firms, practicing business, employment and labor law. He has been licensed to practice law since 1978.

Mr. Clark is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Eastern District of Louisiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Clark has received numerous accolades for his breadth of legal knowledge.
