Thomas Hunter Lewis

As a partner at Duffee + Eitzen, Thomas Hunter Lewis brings more than a decade of experience to the law firm. He primarily serves the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas as a family law litigator but covers a wide range of related concerns. For example, some of the complex marital property cases he handles include bankruptcy, trusts, real estate and business incorporation. He also assists clients with prenuptial agreements, child support, court order modifications and LGBTQ family matters.

Mr. Lewis is a proud Baylor Law School graduate and became licensed in 2010. He also earned his undergraduate degree at Baylor University. He later became certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is admitted to practice in the state of Texas.

His work in family law has earned him a reputation as a respected attorney who provides dedicated representation and commitment to his clients. In fact, Mr. Lewis has received praises and several awards for his work. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and for membership in The National Advocates: Top 40 Under 40.

Outside of handling court cases, Mr. Lewis remains active in the legal community. He has held several leadership positions across various organizations, such as the Legislative Bill Review and Auction committees of the Texas Family Law Foundation and the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He has also dedicated time to serving on the Mock Trial Committee of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
