William 'Buck' McClure

Buck McClure is an Associate Attorney at McClure Law Group. As a skilled negotiator, Buck is a natural born trial lawyer who is diligent and dedicated while he navigates clients through challenging times.  

Prior to becoming an associate at McClure Law Group, he interned as a law clerk at the firm since high school.  Buck was raised in Dallas and graduated high school from Jesuit, where he earned several academic awards and was a two-time All-American in lacrosse. He received an athletic scholarship to Providence College in Rhode Island where he played Big East lacrosse all four years, was elected team captain. After college, Buck decided to experience the west coast and attended California Western School of Law.  

. During his time in law school, he had the opportunity to intern for a judge, a family law firm, as well as a criminal law firm.  

The talent and perseverance of Buck have made him a force in the courtroom. Buck is a gifted writer and strong advocate for his clients and has negotiated numerous settlements. Early into his career, Buck has attained protective order for family violence and was able to help an abused child relocate with their parent to the Middle East. Since then, Buck successfully negotiated buyout of multi-million-dollar business and commercial building, negotiated primary possession and disproportionate division of community estate for multiple clients, successfully obtain summary judgement on separate property businesses, and litigated multiple Temporary Restraining Orders.  

 Buck has a strong passion for connecting with clients and helping them overcome hardships they are facing.  

During his spare time, Buck enjoys playing golf, surfing, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new places. Buck loves to live life to the fullest with his friends and family by his side.
