Zachary Everett Johnson

Attorney Zachary Everett Johnson is an associate at Spencer & Johnson, PLLC, in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Johnson practices in the areas of guardianships, fiduciary litigation, probate litigation and trusts and estates law, serving a wide group of clients throughout the Dallas metropolitan area.

Mr. Johnson is originally from the Dallas area and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Columbia University in the City of New York. Before attending law school, he worked for private New York-based firms and gained experience in employment law and prosecution of foreign patents. He went on to obtain his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, graduating cum laude.

While attending law school, Mr. Johnson continued to gain legal experience by serving as an extern for a Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas judge and as a student attorney at the university’s small business clinic.

Mr. Johnson has been licensed to practice law since 2009. He is admitted before all Texas state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. In addition to his law practice, he enjoys being involved in his legal community. He is an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the State Bar of Texas, previously serving in various sections within the organizations.

Mr. Johnson has also devotes a significant portion of his time to volunteer efforts. He has been involved with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, the Housing Crisis Center and has served as a mentor with the Dallas Kid’s Project.
