Involved in his local community, Mr. Peugh is a former director of the Denton County Bail Bond Board and the Denton County Transportation Authority Board of Directors. He enjoys contributing his time and talents to civil organizations and his local church.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Peugh was a chief juvenile prosecutor and chief misdemeanor prosecutor at the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. He began practicing criminal defense in 2002.
