    A highly regarded civil litigation attorney, Grace Weatherly is a principal at Wood Weatherly Trial Law. From the firm’s offices in Denton, Texas, she represents clients throughout Texas and southern Oklahoma. Admitted to practice in Texas since 1993, Ms. Weatherly is also admitted to practice in Oklahoma as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

    Ms. Weatherly focuses her practice entirely on trials and appeals, exclusively catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. She has been board-certified in personal injury by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for more than 20 years, and is also board-certified in medical malpractice  by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Beyond her expertise in medical malpractice, Ms. Weatherly has significant trial experience in truck accidents and nursing home abuse. She has also obtained multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts in breach of fiduciary and sexual abuse cases. During her esteemed career, Ms. Weatherly has also tried and settled many cases involving labor and employment law, trade secrets, and contract and has been board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law since 1999.

    Ms. Weatherly’s successful track record in all of these endeavors has earned her a great deal of favorable recognition from her fellow members of the bar.
