Leah M. Harbour

Leah M. Harbour is a partner at Flores Harbour Law, in Denton, Texas, bringing more than 20 years of legal experience to her clients. Raised in Lewisville, Texas, Ms. Harbour completed her secondary education at Lewisville High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Texas. Driven to deepen her understanding of the field, she returned to UNT for a master’s in criminal justice, awarded in 2015. Her legal training was rounded out with a Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, and she was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004.

Beginning her career in the public sector, Ms. Harbour has served as both a prosecutor and a public defender. In these roles, she managed a broad spectrum of cases, from complex felony indictments to sensitive juvenile proceedings, learning to craft persuasive arguments while safeguarding the rights of individuals under intense scrutiny.
