    Over the course of his career, Mr. Hayes has held several leadership roles and served on various committees in his community for organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council, the Denton Chamber of Commerce, the Denton Kiwanis Club and the Denton Public School Foundation. He continues to serve on the board of directors of the North Texas State Fair Association.

    Mr. Denton is active in his legal community. He is a member and former President of the Denton County Bar Association, belongs to the Real Property and Litigation sections of the State Bar of Texas and is a State Bar of Texas Fellow.
