Samuel B. Burke

Attorney Samuel B. Burke is a shareholder with the Alagood Cartwright Burke PC law firm in Denton, Texas. Board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and possessing more than 21 years of legal experience, Mr. Burke focuses his practice on general civil litigation and personal injury.

A 1995 graduate of Austin College, Mr. Burke attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1998. The State Bar of Texas admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Burke has successfully handled numerous complex cases involving oil and gas issues, land use litigation, real estate disputes, government litigation, legal and medical malpractice defense, probate litigation, catastrophic personal injury claims, and class actions.
