A 1966 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Henrichson obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 1969. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit Court and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Henrichson has served as treasurer of the Hidalgo County and American Bar Associations as well as director of the State Bar of Texas, where he received the Outstanding Third Year Director award. He is also director emeritus of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and former president of the Rio Grande Valley Trial Lawyers Association, and he has served as chair of the State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline as well as for the board of trustees for the Tropical Texas Center for Mental Health and Mental Retardation.

Mr. Henrichson also served as a captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, and he received the Meritorious Service Medal in 1972 and the Army Commendation Medal in 1973.

  • Won a second appeal in a bitter right of way dispute. Wardell v. Gearhart; c No. 13-17-00527-CV (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi 2018) pet. denied;  13th Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court summary judgment in favor of my client.
