William R. Garza

William R. Garza is the founding attorney of William Garza Law Firm, PLLC, situated in McAllen, Texas. With a board certification in personal injury trial law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2007, he brings a wealth of experience to his practice. His legal focus encompasses personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense and civil litigation, drawing on over 20 years of extensive experience navigating the complexities of the Texas legal landscape to advocate effectively for his clients.

Mr. Garza's broad practice encompasses insurance defense, healthcare litigation, criminal defense, family law, commercial litigation and administrative and public government matters. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he effectively communicates with and represents a diverse clientele. His academic foundation began at Austin College, where Mr. Garza earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then completed his legal education, obtaining a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 1999. Securing his admission to the State Bar of Texas that same year, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas as well as Oklahoma.
