• Martinez, Cosme Raul v. Pay and Save, Inc. 210 Judicial District Court Premises Liability claim against Supermarket. Plaintiff was an invitee at the store when he slipped on a slippery substance. Defendant denied all responsibility. Verdict:  $14,000 plus interest and costs, 2012
•  Erasmo Morales Salazaar v. Enriquez Transportation, Inc., Sergio Enriquez, Julianna Rico, and Daisy Sanchez 120th Judicial District Court Plaintiff was severely injured in the course and scope of his employment while unloading a transportation truck. Defendant employer was a non-subscriber to Workers' Compensation. Claims included general negligence and gross negligence. Defendant denied all responsibility. Verdict:  $499,999.97 plus interest and court costs, 2013
• Erika Campero v. AMO Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Montana Vista Grocery aka Horizon Vista Supermarket 34th Judicial District Court Premises liability case. Plaintiff was an invitee that slipped on a slippery substance in the store. Defendant denied all responsibility. Verdict:  $9,807.25, 2013
• Sonia Dozal v. Wal-Mart Stores Texas LLC, dba Wal-Mart Supercenter 327th Judicial District Court Premises liability claim. Plaintiff was an invitee who was injured inside the store due to wet floors. Defendant created the dangerous condition but argued too much time had lapsed and floors should have been dry. Defendant denied all responsibility. Verdict: $199,111.61 plus interest and costs, 2013
• Fernando Mendivil Jr. v. Pay and Save Inc. County Court at Law No. 5 Premises Liability claim against Supermarket. Defendant created a dangerous condition causing Plaintiff to slip and fall. Defendant denied all responsibility.   Settled prior to Closing Arguments.  , 2014
• GIlberto Rodriguez v. Flor Chapa and Allstate Property and Casaulty Insurance Company 205th Judicial District  First Party claim against Plaintiff's Insurance carrier for Under-Insured motorist benefits. Plaintiff's carrier disputed the extent of Plaintiff's injuries and characterized them as pre-existing. Verdict:  $35,500.00, 2016
• Lorena Munoz, Individually and on behalf of the Estate of Lorenzo Munoz, and as Next Friend of CM, a minor child, Leslie Munoz and Virginia Munoz v. Jessica Lopez as Next Friend of AF and JL Minor Child et al  168th Judicial District  Wrongful-death claim stemming from single vehicle semi-truck accident. Issues included who was driving the vehicle at time of crash, whether driver was in course of scope, negligence, proportionate responsibility, negligent hiring and causation. We were opposed by other Plaintiff Intervenors and Defendants at trial. Verdict: 4,605,623.00 plus interest and costs. Plaintiff was attributed 40% negligent, lowering the recovery., 2013
