Additionally, he holds an Indian Law Certificate and has worked with various tribal nations in the state of Arizona.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Acosta has litigated several cases at the state, federal and appellate levels. Issues included who was driving the vehicle at time of crash, whether driver was in course of scope, negligence, proportionate responsibility, negligent hiring and causation. We were opposed by other Plaintiff Intervenors and Defendants at trial. Verdict: 4,605,623.00 plus interest and costs. Plaintiff was attributed 40% negligent, lowering the recovery., 2013
