Daniela Labinoti

Daniela Labinoti is an Albania-born American lawyer and the founder and owner of her eponymous law firm, Daniela Labinoti Law Firm, in El Paso, Texas. She serves as the voice of the victims of:

Upon immigrating to the United States in September 1997, Ms. Labinoti joined Lubbock Christian University and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting summa cum laude in 2002. She attained her Juris Doctor in 2005 from Texas Tech University School of Law. In 2008, she received her board certification in trial skills and litigation from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Labinoti is allowed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. She remains connected with the legal community through organizations such as the El Paso County Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Bar College, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the El Paso Women’s Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
