S. Clark Harmonson

S. Clark Harmonson is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Harmonson Law Firm based in El Paso, Texas. A native of Lubbock, he first discovered his affection for the Sun City while visiting his parents, who moved there shortly after his graduation from high school, and later returned regularly during his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University.

Upon earning his bachelor’s degree in 1997, Mr. Harmonson spent three years excelling as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Yet his true vocation lay in the law. Driven by that calling, he relocated to Houston and enrolled at South Texas College of Law, where he graduated in 2003 summa cum laude and ranked second in his class.

While at South Texas College of Law, Mr. Harmonson distinguished himself academically and professionally. He was awarded the prestigious Garland Walker and Liz Parham Matthews Scholarship, served on the South Texas Law Review and competed in moot court competitions. His peers recognized his leadership and scholarship by voting him Outstanding Male Graduate.

Following law school, Mr. Harmonson began his legal career at a major Houston firm, defending insurance companies and corporations in personal injury litigation. Confronted with the human impact of those cases, he resolved to champion individuals rather than insurers. In 2004, he returned to El Paso to represent injured claimants. By 2006, he had become a partner at a respected local practice, handling a broad spectrum of matters, from commercial trucking and automobile collisions to wrongful death, medical malpractice and sexual abuse claims.

In 2012, Mr. Harmonson founded Harmonson Law Firm with the mission of securing just compensation for seriously injured Texans. His professional excellence has been honored by his selection as a sustaining life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation – one of the highest distinctions in the State Bar of Texas. He is also the author of “The Insiders Guide to Texas Auto Accident Claims.”
