He uses alternative dispute resolution methods to reach an amicable solution that agrees with both parties and when court intervention is required, he aggressively fights to protect his clients’ best interests.  

After spending over 12 years as a radio disc jockey, Mr. Ashmore worked in the real estate profession for a while. In 1989, he decided to pursue law and enrolled at The University of Tulsa College of Law, and he was also a visiting scholar at the SMU Dedman School of Law. Earning his Juris Doctor in 1992, he was admitted to practice in Texas the following year. Since then, he has been allowed to appear before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Advocating as a licensed practitioner for almost three decades now, Mr. Ashmore stays connected with the legal community by being a member of the Flower Mound Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, The District of Columbia Bar Association and the Denton County Bar Association.
