Along with practicing before all Texas and Oklahoma state courts, he also holds his admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
A consummate professional and leader in his field, Mr. Pratt is an active member of numerous local, state and national legal and accounting organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Dallas Estate Planning Council and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, among others.
