David R. Wortham, Jr.

Working for the Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen, LLP, in Frisco, Texas, David R. Wortham Jr is a business litigation attorney. He assists clients with issues related to business law, employment law, corporate law, health care law and partnership disputes. 

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in communications from Utah Valley University in 2009, Mr. Wortham went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He has also earned a master’s in business administration from the Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business. Obtaining his law degree in 2014, he was admitted to practice in Texas and later in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
