    Attorney Jason B. Freeman is a founder and managing member of Freeman Law, PLLC, in Frisco, Texas. An experienced tax law litigator, Mr. Freeman represents clients with tax issues such as criminal tax disputes or tax fraud. He also handles matters involving white collar crime, serving clients in Frisco, Dallas, Plano and throughout Collin County, Texas.

    Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2009, Mr. Freeman is admitted before various federal courts as well as the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. In addition to his law practice, he regularly gives presentations on legal topics at various bar associations and at seminars.

    Mr. Freeman has received several awards over the course of his career for his accomplishments. He has regularly been named among the “best lawyers in Dallas” by D magazine and has been recognized by groups, including the Dallas CPA Society and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

    After earning both a bachelor’s degree and a master of public accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Freeman attained his law degree from the Texas Law. During law school, he served as the articles and notes editor for the Texas International Law Journal and as a student clerk for a Supreme Court of Texas judge.

    Mr. Freeman is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also belongs to the American Bar Association and the American Institute of CPAs.
