Rocio Gosewehr Hernandez

A dedicated attorney at Snellings Law P.L.L.C., Rocio Gosewehr Hernandez devotes the entirety of her practice to personal injury and wrongful death litigation. She fights for justice for the residents of Frisco, Texas, who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligent and reckless actions of others.

Over her career spanning 13-plus years, Ms. Hernandez’s clients have attested to the care and compassion they received from her. She has received numerous favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant and Brazos counties in cases involving auto accidents, child injuries, 18-wheeler wrecks, premises liability accidents, workplace injuries, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, and catastrophic brain and spine injuries.

A dean’s list graduate of Baylor University, Ms. Hernandez completed her Bachelor of Arts in philosophy in 2005. During her time there, she was the president of the university’s Philosophy Club and a part of the Phi Sigma Tau Honor Society. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Notre Dame Law School, where she was a member of the Mock Trial team and the vice president of the Christian Legal Society.

Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2009, Ms. Hernandez began her career serving as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas. She then worked for well-known insurance companies such as GEICO and Progressive Corporation and soon discovered her passion to serve those affected. Her previous experiences enable her to bring multifaceted skills and viewpoints to each case.

Known for her strong ties in the legal community, Ms. Hernandez is a member of the Collin County Women Lawyers Association, the Collin County Attorney Moms, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the State Bar of Texas.
