Scott Snellings

Scott Snellings is the founder of Snellings Law P.L.L.C. located in Frisco, Texas. He focuses his practice on all personal injury matters with a dedication to fight for those who have been harmed as a result of someone else’s carelessness and negligence. He takes on matters including but not limited to:

Professional and diligent, Mr. Snellings has extensive experience and expertise in the personal injury field, which he uses for the benefit of his clients. With a steady commitment to his clients, he strives to ensure his clients get the justice they deserve after being injured through no fault of their own. 

Mr. Snellings completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University, pursuing a career in the medical field. But after attending a summer college internship with a renowned personal injury attorney, he believed that fighting for the rights of injury victims is what he wanted to do. He attended Baylor Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor. 

While in law school, Mr. Snellings was a part of the Baylor Law Review and the Abner McCall chapter of the Inns of Court. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers. After law school, he worked at an insurance and product liability defense firm, where he gained invaluable experience learning from and working with some of the best trial attorneys in the U.S. 

In 2017, Mr. Snellings formed Snellings Law P.L.L.C., with the intention to provide excellent client services, upholding clients’ best interests, listening to their needs, involving them in the entire process and keeping them informed of every step. For his remarkable work in the legal field, he has received a 10 out of 10 rating on Avvo, followed by numerous positive reviews and five-star ratings. 

An active member in the legal field, Mr. Snellings is an active participant in the following associations: the State Bar of Texas, the Denton County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as the president of the Collin County Bar Association.

A firm believer in giving back to society, Mr. Snellings keenly partakes in his community through his memberships in Christ Fellowship’s men’s ministry, the ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship, Volunteer McKinney, Meals on Wheels and Minnie’s Food Pantry. He is a board of directors’ member of the Brain Injury Network of Dallas and provides pro bono services in the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County.
