Théda W. Page

Théda W. Page is the founder of The Page Law Firm, located in Frisco, Texas. Her practice areas include family law, such as divorce, child custody and support, as well as bankruptcy law, covering foreclosures and Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings. She serves clients primarily within the Dallas metro area, providing accessible legal representation for those in need.

Ms. Page established The Page Law Firm in 2002; her motivation for practicing law stems from a genuine desire to help individuals navigate challenging circumstances. She dedicates substantial time to understanding her clients' needs, ensuring that she can offer them comprehensive and quality representation. 

After graduating from law school, Ms. Page embarked on her career in bankruptcy and family law. In 1986, she represented debtors at a Dallas law firm before transitioning to a sole practitioner. By 1988, she had joined the corporate legal department of J.C. Penney Company, Inc., where she developed and implemented a consumer bankruptcy rights enforcement project for the company's credit service centers. In this role, she also represented the company in bankruptcy courts across the country and ensured compliance with state and federal trade regulations.

Ms. Page is a member of several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas (Bankruptcy and Family Law Section) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts.

Among her accolades, Ms. Page was voted Best Bankruptcy Attorney in Frisco by the Readers' Choice Edition of the Frisco Enterprise (2011-2013), and Best Bankruptcy Attorney in the Readers' Choice Edition of the Little Elm Journal in 2012.

Throughout her career, Ms. Page has been actively involved in various bar associations. She currently serves on the boards of the Plano Bar Association of Texas and the Collin County Women Lawyers Association.
