His prosecutorial experience has allowed him to anticipate the types of trial tactics that are often used against his defendant clients. All told, Mr. Hoeller has tried more than 100 cases to verdict during his career. He has been selected for inclusion in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 each year since 2014.

Mr. Hoeller attended The University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate, where he majored in accounting and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004. He pursued his legal studies at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008. While in law school, he clerked for an international law firm and for the litigation division of Exxon Mobil Corporation. Mr. Hoeller is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern Division of Texas.
