The principal attorney at Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC, Bryan P. Hoeller focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense. With offices in Fort Worth and Colleyville, Texas, he provides dedicated representation to residents of Tarrant County who have been charged with misdemeanor or felony offenses such as capital murder, sex crimes, robbery, drug possession and trafficking, driving while intoxicated, white collar crimes, and assault and battery.
In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Hoeller draws on his extensive experience as an assistant district attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office and the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office. In the latter capacity, he managed more than 600 pending cases at any given time. His prosecutorial experience has allowed him to anticipate the types of trial tactics that are often used against his defendant clients. All told, Mr. Hoeller has tried more than 75 cases to verdict during his career. He has also been named as a Top Fort Worth Criminal Lawyer by Fort Worth Magazine in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Mr. Hoeller attended The University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate, where he majored in accounting and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004. He pursued his legal studies at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008. While in law school, he clerked for an international law firm and for the litigation division of Exxon Mobil Corporation. Mr. Hoeller is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern Division of Texas.
