Coby L. Wooten

Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Coby L. Wooten is the founder of Coby L. Wooten, Attorney at Law, P.C. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, the city where he was born and raised, he represents clients throughout Tarrant County. Admitted to practice in Texas since 1996, Mr. Wooten is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He obtained his legal education at what was then known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996.

Mr. Wooten provides effective advocacy for people who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has handled during his career have involved truck and other motor vehicle crashes, defective products, construction site and oil and gas field accidents, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. Mr. Wooten majored in political science at what was then known as Southwest Texas State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1990.
